To delete a message in the mobile app, follow the following steps:

Long press on a message

Tap on > 'Delete Message'

The message will be deleted.

On web, the user has to follow the following steps:

Hover over a message and click on 'Trash' icon

Click on > 'Yes' for the prompt

The message will be deleted.
