On Web:
Menu > Click on Settings (Tool Icon)
Click on > Integrations
Click on GUSTO.
Click on Log In with GUSTO.
Enter your credentials and Click on > Sign In.
If you have more than one gusto company it will be displayed here allowing you to choose which company you’d like to integrate with SINC.
Click on > Authorize
The following screen will then be displayed.
This setting is to determine whether the pay rates entered in either Gusto or SINC will be the basis pay rate or the ‘source of truth’ as to how much a staff member is paid.
Depending on your choice, when changes are made to the basis pay rate, they will be updated on the corresponding platform i.e:
If Gusto is set as the basis pay rate -> updates to Gusto rate for a staff member will be reflected in SINC.
If SINC is set as the basis pay rate -> updates to SINC rate for a staff member will be reflected in Gusto.
Note that if SINC pay rate is hourly and the syncing will only be done for hourly pay rates if it's chosen as the basis pay rate.
Keeping the above in mind, select the organization you want to set as your basis pay rate and Click on > Confirm.
Once the authorization is successful, the following screen will be displayed.
