How can I switch to another company in Gusto?

Only the admin that have authorized Gusto will be able to sync the pay rates of SINC and Gusto.

Only the admin that have authorized Gusto will be able to dismiss an employee on Gusto when disabling on SINC.

What time of the day does the automatic sync occur?

Auto-sync occurs at midnight Pacific Standard Time (PST - Los Angeles).



What happens if an employee was previously synced, and then their name was updated in the Gusto?

You can click on the icon near the 'Last Sync' label on the top right under Staff Setup tab to pull the latest gusto details in SINC.

Why is the submit timesheets tab disabled?
The submit timesheets tab remains disabled until one Gusto employee is linked to their corresponding SINC Staff.

For whom can I submit a timesheet to Gusto?

You can submit timesheets for employees with Regular Hours only.

How many times can I submit a timesheet to Gusto?
Hours for a single shift can be submitted only once. If new shifts are added after the previous submission then they can be submitted for unprocessed payrolls. However, shifts edited after submission can't be submitted from SINC. If you wish to edit a submitted timesheet then you will have to update the Regular Hours/Overtime Hours under that particular pay period of that employee from the Gusto organization.

Why can't I see my employee shifts to be submitted to Gusto?

There might be no completed shifts for the selected employee(s) for the chosen pay period, or they have already been submitted to Gusto. If there are no shifts added for the selected employee, you have to go to Add Missing Shift which is in the left pane, and add the required shifts for the specific employee in that Pay Period.
