Use this feature with caution! It is designed as a last resort when an employee does not have internet connectivity to sync their shifts

If an employee is unable to get internet connectivity in time for you to generate a summary or hasn't been able to clock out yet for some other reason, you can force end their job shift using this feature.

It should be noted though that this feature should be used as a last resort. Having the employee clock themselves out and then reconnecting to the internet if necessary to sync the shift with you is the more correct and reliable method.

On Mobile:

Tap on > The Open Job Shift In Question

Tap on > Force Clock Out

Select the date for the new clock out

Select the time for the new clock out

Select the break time

Tap on > Add clock out

On Web:

Click on > The Open Job Shift In Question

Click on > Force Clock Out

Select the date for the new clock out

Select the time for the new clock out

Click on > Add Clock Out

Click on > Confirm Breaks

Click on > Add Force Clock Out

Click on > Completed
