If an employee is unable to get internet connectivity in time for you to generate a summary or hasn't been able to clock out yet for some other reason, you can force clock out their shift using this feature.

It should be noted though that this feature should be used as a last resort. Having the employee clock themselves out and then reconnecting to the internet if necessary to sync the shift with you is the more correct and reliable method.

Tap on > The Open Shift In Question


Tap on > Force Clock Out


Select the date for the new clock out

Select the time for the new clock out

Tap on > Add Clock Out

You will now see a new note showing the details of the forced clock out
